Beginning Heirloom Sewing

Learn basic sewing techniques that can be applied to any project.

Bring your own sewing machine and learn new skills. A wing needle will be provided, along with batiste fabric, and thread to make a small item with flourishes akin to heirloom sewing techniques.

Participants need to bring their own sewing machine (needs to have a zig zag stitch), silk pins (fine pins), scissors (duckbill applique scissors if you have them), a straight clear plastic ruler, extra bobbins, and a clear foot (optional not necassary).

*Masks are required* Participants limited to 10 people.

If you are feeling ill, please do not attend.
