Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Are you passionate about culture, art, history, and creating a welcoming environment? The Museums of Western Colorado (MOWC) is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant team!
In this role, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for museum visitors, greeting them with a warm and friendly smile.
- Answer visitor inquiries and provide information about our exhibits, programs, and amenities.
- Process admissions and membership transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Visitor Services team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for customer service and creating positive first impressions.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient in basic computer applications.
- Is available to work part-time hours, including Saturdays, from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Internship Opportunities:
Internships at the Museums of Western Colorado provide opportunities to become familiar with and actively contribute to the inner workings of an accredited museum. They offer a challenging learning experience, and an excellent way to explore museum careers. Students gain valuable experience, and may be able to earn educational credits through their college or university.
